Daily : If you stop the gluten your antibodys will go down but you will have symptoms.

Month minimum: You can get by with as little as a single slice of wheat bread daily for at least 3-4 wks prior to the biopsy. If you can tolerate more without major symptoms go ahead, but anything less may not allow the changes to be found with the test.
