Preservative free ok: If you use artificial tears with your soft contact lenses, it is best if they are preservative free so that the preservatives don't leech into the lenses. Alternatively there are many good contact lens friendly lubricating drops on the market.

Can I use artificial tears like tears naturale II eyedrops (from alcon) everyday to prevent dry eyes. I'm an it engineer & i always use computer.
My eye waters constantly and becomes very irritated and swells below the eye. I have tried a tear duct flush at an eye specialist at the N17 hospital and that was a waste of money. I have tried all kinds of Tobrex (Alcon) products and nothing helps.
