Yes but check: with your doctor first to see if there are any contraindications to your taking the OTC medications or any interactions with any medications you are on.

Sinus: I do not see why not as the drugs act differently in your system. If you are taking the antibiotic for a sinus infection and the sinus tabs to be more comfortable until the antibiotic begins to work (generally 48 hours) you will be fine. Check with your md if you have unusual symptoms or further questions.
