SHOULD BE OK: Usually you can take Tylenol sinus with antibiotics. Just be careful to not overtake it.

Yes: Just to be specific on the use of acetaminophen--APAP (Tylenol is the brand), if renal function is normal, do not exceed 2000 mg of APAP daily. That would be 4 extra strength (each 500 mg) or about 6 regular strength tabs in any 24 hour period. Though hard to believe, APAP was used in overdoses in England by woman attempting suicide. Unfortunately it was a very slow death by liver failure!
