Ask an attorney!: You will need to speak with a lawyer who "specializes" in medical malpractice. Just rember, to have a compensible action, there must be negligent action (not considered "the standard of care" in the field, and there must be actual damages. If either one is missing, there is no suit. Just remember...once you sue a doctor don't expect him/her to be amenable to you remaining a patient.
