Could i still take steroid shots even with achilles tendonitis ?

Steroid: That depends on where the injection is done . If it is near the achilles tendon , you have to be careful how much is used and how often. In other areas - say a shoulder - there shouldn't be a problem with the achilles . See your treating physician .
