Could i still drink (in moderation) fizzy drinks after a dental sealant was applied to molars?

Dental Sealants: It should have no effect on the sealants themselves. However, even with dental sealants, sugars and acids can cause decalcification and caries (cavities) around the edges of the sealants. The key word in your question was "in moderation". In this case, less is better.

Occasionally: having sugar-free fizzy drinks is not bad for your teeth and there is no reason to avoid them.
