A member asked:

If youre teeth are turning yellow (from drinking too much coffee i assume) can you still get them to be white, (obviously id stop the coffee)?

yes you can: Whitening would help remove the stains ..However the best way is to get evaluated by your dentist if whitning is a option in your case and the yellowish stains are the coffee stains and nothing else..Also extrinsic stains would come off with cleaning if you have not had in past 6 months..See your dentist.

Yes: You can do home bleaching trays, over the counter strips, or in office laser check with your dentist for evaluation.

See a dentist: For professional teeth whitening without laser, followed by home whitening system with custom trays for the long term effect. The most predictable procedure with great results. You can use over the counter products, however, they are not so effective. Hope it helps.
