Immune suppressant?: Most of the immune suppressing agents (biologics, 6MP) have an increased risk of certain skin cancers. These risks are legitimate. Therefore your risk of skin cancer will be higher than that of the average "tanner". If you are not on one of these drugs then your risk of skin cancer is the same as the average "tanner". So you have to be the judge of how much risk you are willing to take on.
