Nope: Sex doesn't trigger herpes outbreaks. And people with HSV are immune, or at least highly resistant, to new infections with the virus type they already have, i.e. HSV1 or HSV2. You cannot re-catch the same virus you and your partner already share. For comfort, you and your partner probably will want to avoid sex during outbreaks. But comfort/pain is the only issue -- no transmission risk.
