Blood pressure: High blood pressure (which may be episodic) is usually present. Other common symptoms are headache, a feeling of pounding from the blood pressure, palpitations, anxiety, etc. These are all common symptoms - pheochromocytomas occur in less than 1 in 1000 people.

Varies: The following are commonly seen with pheo: sustained or periodic elevation of BP in 85% headache in 90% generalized sweating 60% most patients do not have all three and there is a general trend to finding these tumors earlier and smaller therefore less symptomatic than the the pheos of yesteryear.
