Please tell me can glaucoma be stopped from passing on to next generation?

Not really: Most cases of glaucoma are spontaneous. A few have some familial occurrence but in those cases simply not having children would be the only way to stop it. Glaucoma is not infectious so it does not spread from person to person or across generations in that way.
