Rash: If the rash is itchy, an allergic reaction is suspected. A viral illness is also a possibility. If the rash persists or worsens, a dermatologist should be consulted for diagnosis and treatment.

Bumps: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination & other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed.
