I have henoch schonlein purpura & I'm going to get a 24 hr urine test for protein on Sunday. If i drink alcohol on friday will it show up on the test?

No: 24 hour urine collection for protein excretion will quantify how much protein you are spilling in the urine, it will not mention anything about alcohol, unless your doctor specifically orders that test. Toxicology testing is totally different than protein determination and are not linked.
