Pregnancy possible: At 6 wks it can still be early to tell or the US technologist might miss it or it might be hampered by a fibroid uterus. What's the HCG quant? Brown spotting could be signs of miscarriage or it could be normal bleeding encountered in the first trimester of pregnancy.
