Distract yourself: At any age having your heart broken is no fun. Time is the best healer. Try to get back to some activities you used to enjoy. Spend time with friends. Take some time to reconnect with yourself and in time the pain will be a distant memory.

Try to find support: Emotional pain can be absolutely necessary to encounter. But dealing well with it can be a challenge for most young people - all people. Some find serenity and support in nature, some faith, some seek close companions, some dig into productive work - some a haze of drugs, alcohol or any wild behavior.
