My bbt has consistently been below 98 (around 97.6) degrees after ovulation. is this normal or does it suggest a progesterone deficiency?

BBT: 97.6 is close enough to 98 for you not to be concerned. The BBT in everyone is quite variable. It is only when it is way too high or way to low that you need be concerned.
