A member asked:

I just started using an exfoliating cream that contains aha and bha for my acne for a week now, is it okay to wax my facial hair as i usually do ?

Yes: In general hydroxy acids do not cause an issue with facial wax. The wax is not a chemical that could interact with the AHA/BHAs. This is one reason why an aesthetician will ask if you use these products before a facial - so no interactions occur. However, your skin may be more sensitive now that you have been exfoliating it and so it may be more uncomfortable or cause redness/ rash. Aloe can help.
