I've had pain in gallbladder for years on and off, now when i sit up i get a charlie horse in gallbladder. what r the symptoms and risks of disease?

Abdominal pain.: The most common symptom of gallbladder disease is right upper sided abdominal pain. That usually happens intermittently, often after eating greasy or fatty food.
