Proper anesthesia: Regardless, tonsils or wisdom teeth. Anesthesia is the key. IV Sedation is a safe and convenient procedure which will allow you to access dental care and surgical dental procedures or ENT without being aware or remember of the surgery. Neither is fun.: Both are challenging. Depends on the patient, degree of difficulty of extractions, local anesthesia vs IV sedation. You can make wisdom teeth much easier by seeing an expert. For best results with wisdom teeth, make sure you are evaluated and treated by a board certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon.
