You could: have a 2 week period, and this could be normal every once in a while. Check a pregnancy test to be sure you're not pregnant if you are sexually active. If this continues,have your thyroid checked,as thyroid imbalances can cause irregular bleeding.

Ie – a period may come on a few days earlier or later and maybe heavier or lighter depending on the endometrium lining. It may come continuously or with intermittent spotting.
