Amemorrhea: Factors that can cause slight and sometimes more significant changes in regularity of menses include psychological stressors, change in weight and/or diet, change in usual degree of physical activity(like an increase in the intensity of your workout) and some medications. So it is common. But, if you may be pregnant, obtain testing right away. See your doctor if persists to eval for medical causes.
