A test : If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.

Check a test: If you are late with your period, you should take a test to see if you are pregnant. If you are not yet late, it would be hard to tell a difference.

Symptoms: Sometimes not much. For many women its the nausea of early pregnancy that's different than their periods, but PMS, period symptoms and early pregnancy symptoms are all fairly similar. Since you can get pregnancy tests pretty much anywhere these days, use them to confirm, not symptoms
