Crossover: PMS and early pregnancy may have a lot of the same symptoms, though pregnancy usually with more nausea. Only way to know for sure is to check a pregnancy test or wait until you get your period. Though light bleeding can be normal with pregnancy too.

Pregnancy test: PMS symptoms occur the week prior to your period. They usually happen every month about the same time so you know what to expect over time. Pregnancy symptoms are not reliable but they can be confused with pregnancy symptoms. Early pregnancy symtoms are things like cramping, breast tingling, fatigue, etc. The only way to know is to do a pregnancy test. Best wishes!
