A lot...: If you've been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and placed on levothyroxine then you should continue it and be monitored regularly by a physician. If you stop it then you can suffer from the symptoms of hypothyroidism (fatigue, weakness, depression, changes in hair and skin, constipation, etc)
