Bad things: Bleeding ulcer? This is not something to leave to chance. I am assuming you are talking about a stomach ulcer that is bleeding. To me this implies that you had an ulcer that eroded into a vessel and that vessel is now bleeding. You should seem medical attention. Ominous signs would be light headedness when standing, black tarry stools, feeling weak and tired all the time.
