Pain on breathing: You may have some local inflammation on the lung lining on that side or a small pocket of air that can get trapped in upper parts of lungs. Check for a fever and if pain persists in spite of a short course of OTC anti inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen, get yourself checked by your PMD to see if a Chest XRay and or blood test would be needed for a diagnosis,
