I'm 20 years, have enlarged lymph nodes in my groin (one is >1 cm), & it has been there for 4 months. i have pain in hip area, but all blood test are normal. how likely is it to be lymphoma?

Not likely: Worth getting the lymph node biopsied or studied further though if it has been there that long.

Always possible: Persistent nodes in groin that have not increased in number or size while probably inflammatory can always represent low grade lymphoma. If nodes are firm and there are some symptoms of nerve pain in hip area biopsy might be indicated.
