Get evaluated: Is it a new symptom or is it something you've experienced before? In any case, get evaluated by a primary care physician to rule out anything physical going on. Meanwhile, you can work with a counselor to help you find triggers for you sx, help you with coping with your sx and help you regain motivation. Good luck!
