Exercise and diet: It is ok not to eat after workout. Supllements rarely needed if you have adequate diet (ie protein, vegs, fruits, fiber and some fat)

Ok to workout: Without supplements but. The post workout meal or shake is vital for healthy outcome. After workout your body needs nutrients to help rebuild and restore what you broke down. You will get better results and quicker results with post workout nutrition. It could be protein shake or small meal. Does not need to be large
