Probably Not: If you want to be super safe and super pro conceiving, then sure, avoid the drinks, but unlikely they will have any affect one way or the other. Plenty of people get pregnant when they are drunk! ;-)

Maybe: A 2004 study noted that alcohol, while it can't damage a baby until after implantation, may increase a woman's risk of spontaneous abortion. Alcohol can also effect the availability of sex hormones and this may result in a non-optimal uterine environment that makes implantation less likely. No amount of alcohol is safe during pregnancy. Always best to err on the side of caution.
