Spasm at sphincter: This sometimes happens when there is spasm at the sphincter of Oddi. A stone at the ampulla will also sometimes cause these findings. Best to talk to your doctors

Possibly gb emptying: Usually gall bladder filling fast is not an issue. If contraction of gall bladder following CCK or fatty meal is too fast and GBEF (above 80%) is very high, it is referred to as hyperkinetic gall bladder which sometimes can be symptomatic for some individuals,
