Yes you can: Egg white cervical mucus would be observed in an ideal situation, but seeing a cervical mucous of a different consistency should not keep you from having intercourse.

- (: I assume you're doing a "stretch test" on the mucus as well. Pasty thick cervical mucous doesn't bode well for conception. It slows the sperms' transit to the cervix and blocks entry into the uterus. Without more information about your reproductive history, I can't give you a long term prognosis. But you are young and reproductive technology is quite sophisticated. That bodes well! - )
