Probably nothing: If this was a clean catch urine, your doctor would use these results along with your symptoms to decide if you have a UTI. Clean catch urine, though, is notoriously inaccurate in women. When you urinate, you can pick up some vaginal discharge, and this could cause the specimen to show leukocyte. The high epithelial level suggests it is a contaminate. A culture would confirm if it was an infection.
