Reality can change: If a psychotic patient is non-compliant and lacking enough medication in his brain, he is sick and may see his caregivers as giving him injections against his will. Once he gets enough medications in his brain, he is better and may see the identical situation as his caregivers helping him by giving the injections he himself wants in order to avoid going psychotic again. Reality is not constant.
