A little knowledge..: Investigations into this and other interesting things have a long history and continue to attract attention. Gains are made, but no clear facts have been found. There is no reason to thin it causes schizophrenia - even if people w/ Sz are more likely to have high levels (which is not clear yet). Causation is different! You may have developed allergies to those foods - get tested. Avoid if so. Best

Histamine: intolerance is the body's inability to detox from histamine as well as possible. It may result in flu-like symptoms. Fermented foods need to be avoided, e.g., cheese & wine.
