Get evaluated: It's normal to feel anxious about possiblly having an illness. You need to have an evaluation by a mental health proffessional to make an accurate diagnosis. You may be worrying over nothing. If you do have an illness, then you can start getting treatment for it. It's best to get evaluated and/or treated now than wait till the symptoms worsen.

Treatment: It is improtant to understand that this is a chronic condition. As with any chronic condition treatment you require first to gain some knowledge about your illness and then learn how to maintain a healthy life style to minimize relapses which will require therapy and medications. Remember the most important part of treating any chronic condition is to comply with the treatment plan.
