Pneumonia improving: If the fever has resolved, and overall the patient is feeling better, it would not be completely unusual for the pulmonary findings to lag behind a few days assuming there are no other complicating factors such as asthma. Measurement of respiratory rate and pulse oximetry may shed more light on response. A follow up visit with your physician would be wise.
