I have been trying to conceive for the past 8 weeks after i removed implanon that i was on for 6 years. i havent had my period. i also have hypothyroidism. i took oractane for 8mths last year, stopped in september. what are my pregnancy chances?

Some basics: Some reports cite a delay in returning to baseline fertility after removal of hormonal implants. Add that to the average wait for a desired pregnancy of 6 mo (range wks-1 yr) & some delay is common. After a year of trying without success you may want to have both parents assessed at a fertility center. They can find/fix issues or provide you with alternatives to conceive.
