Observe: The numbness may be due to tissue edema and compression during pregnancy. You will have to observe and wait for a few more weeks to see if it improves. If the C-Section scar extends far laterally, it is possible that the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve was injured . This would give you lateral thigh numbess.
