Do you clench teeth?: Some headaches are light induced others can be chemicals in foods....Many are muscle tension and respond well to Botox or splint therapy. During the day place your tongue on the roof of mouth and press if you find you are clenching your teeth. At night try a night guard. Tension can be held in neck and back of head and affect muscles of chewing. Botox helps relax those muscles for a few months.
