Probably not: There is no evidence that electronic cigarettes are worse than cigarettes, just a lack of evidence that they are any better. They do not have the high tar content of smoking tobacco, but they have the same amount of nicotine, and we simply don't know what the other things in e-cigs do - the propellant, oils, flavorings etc. It will not have done any more harm than smoking, and perhaps less.
