Many Possibilities: You have many years experience with ovulation. If your experience now is dramatically different, something different is going on. Torsion of an ovarian cyst is possible. Non-gynecological causes must be considered. If pain persists, see a doctor—but for pain of the severity you scribe, you already knew that.
