Pain & bleeding: Pain and bleeding are most common signs of ectopic. Your question said, "Might" be pregnant.... most important right now would be to take a home pregnancy test to confirm if you are or are not pregnant. If you are pregnant, and the pain is severe with bleeding, go to ER immediately. If pregnant and pain is not severe and no bleed, call doctor in AM for appointment.
