Can a tension headache last a long time? have had a continuous headache for a week. did telemedicine appointment but it wasn't very helpful. no head injuries. no neuro symptoms. just pressure and headache.

No: While your headache has continued for a week, that time frame is unusual for ‘just’ a tension HA. I suspect you have a cause of the HA which has not been diagnosed and continues to prolong this one, or continue to create new HA. Please consider a hands on exam by a headache specialist to determine why thus has not resolved, and develop a treatment plan.
