Depends on cause: If it's caused by a bacterial or viral infection then you were likely already the most contagious before you developed the laryngitis when the runny nose,headache,cough,and sore throat were occurring. If caused by overuse or gastroesophogeal reflux then you're not contagious at all. Always make sure to wash hands frequently when sick with upper respiratory bugs to prevent transmission.
