If there is a tumor behind the gallbladder not seen on imaging would they be able to see it during a lap?

Possibly : It depends on what you mean by imaging. CT, MRI, ultrasound? Also, when you say behind gallbladder do you mean in the liver or not. A laparotomy should be a full exploration, but ultrasound can be used in an open abdomen also
