Depends what's causing it: Different medical conditions can cause epiphora, which is increased tearing of the eyes. It could come from anatomical tear duct issues, post-radiation therapy , meibomian gland dysfunction,or ocular rosacea and blepharitis, or environmental, work related issues like extended computer use causing decreased blinking, or decreased hormones. Treat the cause to prevent the condition. Use lubricating tears too.
