Depends: Hi. Fludrocortisone doesn't work for all causes of dizzy spells. If it's going to work, you'll know within a few days (may need some fludrocortisone dose titration). Be aware that a risk of fludrocortisone for this purpose is too high BP when you're lying down. Still be cautious going from lying to standing. Good luck!
