Use purees: Vegetables are SO important in the maintenance of your child's health - bravo! We suggest 5 servings of fruits and veggies everyday. Toddlers can get picky. Use jarred baby food or make vegetable purees (cook the veggies and put them in your blender) and add them to mac and cheese, pizza sauce, pancake mix (instead of oil). Also, make blended smoothies with spinach, bananas, and pineapple juice.
